This book is AMAZING!! I am currently a pre nursing major student and this book is required in my class. The book gives amazing details and amazing use of analogies to understand each chapter. It is so interesting to read and I will defiantly be keeping it for future references instead of reselling it. I recommend anyone who is a nursing major student, going into the medical field, or anyone just interested in healthy dieting and nutrition essentials to purchase this. I am really glad I decided to buy this book 5 stars all the way!
