The good: These flashcards are quickly digestible, highlighting the most important aspects of most of the major drugs and drug classes. They test only one concept per card.
The bad: The cards do have errors. If you only study from these cards, you might believe that the morning-after pill contains RU-486, or that loop diuretics cause hypercalcemia, both of which are untrue. If BRS has published a list of errata with corrections, it was not apparent.
These make for a good study aid, but cannot be the only tool you use to study for a medical school pharmacology class, or for the USMLE Step 1.

When studying for USMLE Step I, these cards leave out important aspects for each drug. They are decent for indication and major side effects, but miss out on a lot of important, often-tested, mechanisms. USMLE is very nit-picky about mechanisms of actions, so it's a big "down side" to these cards. These would be good for a quick refresher - but not for primary reinforcement study techniques.
